Dog Days was inspired by Rigel, who Louise adopted in June 2004. Rigel spends half his life upside down and shows her every day how grateful he is for his new life. Rigel’s best feature is his big head with lots of wrinkles that become exaggerated with this pose. For Louise, natural ears are perfect here with the extra folds that the intact ear adds.
